Greetings! Just wanted to let everyone see some sneak previews of what all we’ve been working on. All of these weddings will have full blog posts very soon. Everything is just a bit slow because of wedding season. We’ve been having a crazy good time at the weddings we’ve shot this year. I will be posting a full blog of Britney + Mack’s wedding over the weekend. Come back on Monday to see the entire post!

Here’s a look at what’s to come soon…

I happily introduce you to Mr. & Mrs. Brockman! Adam and Leanna had a gorgeous wedding at the unbelievably beautiful St. Paul Catholic Church in Tell City, IN. Look at the photos below of the sanctuary and you’ll know what I mean. UH-mazing architecture. We had such a fun day. Their wedding party had us cracking up all day and night. I’m certain some of them are comedians on the side! The wedding cake was made by the wonderful Alisha Hardison from Dalisha’s Desserts. It was stunning AND yummy! We had such a blast. Thanks to Leanna and Adam again for choosing us to shoot your wedding!

A few photos from Christie and Beau’s engagement session. Talk about some amazing light! We shot some of them last Friday at Yellow Creek Park and some Tuesday at English Park. I am absolutely in LOVE with the ones of them sitting on a tree trunk that washed up by the river. I had sooo much fun shooting these. Can’t wait to show you the rest! Come back to see more in a couple of days!

Remember that amazing engagement shoot that had to be separated into two different posts? Well, here’s their wedding! Erin and Michael got married in front of this insanely gorgeous tree at Reid’s Orchard. It was the same tree that they carved their initials into during their engagement session. (Just in case you hadn’t noticed the tree during the engagement photos, you should go back and look for a couple of other familiar initials. JH was carved in the tree by someone else before. I told Erin it was destiny. It was a clear sign Joey and I were to be their photographers.) Their ceremony was so beautiful and sweet, I started crying. Of course. I can’t help it. There were so many incredible photos that came out of this wedding, it was hard to choose which ones should go on the blog. Jacob, our fellow photographer at Stewartography, got some absolutely amazing shots that day. He deserves some sort of chocolate reward for all those shots!
Erin and Michael, you guys are such fun and beautiful people. Thank you both so much for choosing us to be a part of your big day!

You wanna meet a sweet couple? Meet Tina and Jonathon! After getting rained out the first time we tried to shoot these, the clouds decided to part and the sun was on our side just a week later. Joey shot this amazing session. As soon as he got home and I saw the photos being uploaded I started squealing with excitement. I love how playful and fun all of the photos are. Sessions like these seem to unfold effortlessly. We can’t wait to photograph their wedding coming up in just a couple of weeks. Trust me, you’re gonna want to check back to see their wedding blogged. No doubt it will be incredible.

Meet Jenna and Jamie! We shot their engagement photos a couple of Sundays ago in the Botanical Gardens in Nashville. I suppose we chose the perfect time since Nashville flooded not even two weeks later. If you’ve never been to the gardens in Nashville, you really ought to take a trip for it. It is beautiful and very refreshing. We shot all of our photos at the park. Jenna and Jamie were real troopers. They climbed some rocks, laid in the grass (which was a little soggy), danced… you name it, they did it. Jenna has incredibly gorgeous eyes, so it goes without saying that we had to do some close-up shots. There was a perfect breeze the whole time and the rain held off until we were literally getting in our cars. I’ve posted some of my favorites. I absolutely LOVE the ones in the grass! Enjoy!

I’ll be posting the rest of the photos from Jenna and Jamie’s engagement session later tonight. Don’t miss it! Make a note on your iPhone, Blackberry, hand or forehead… just be sure and come back to see the rest. They are beautiful
