These two were so much fun to shoot! It was an intimate wedding held at the Pine Knob Theater in Caneyville, KY. It was such a unique location, and that made for some great photo opportunities. Sarah and Justin spent a little extra time getting just the right shots in just the right places. And what a difference that made! I loved this whole day! Remember that amazing engagement shoot that had to be separated into two different posts? Well, here’s their wedding! Erin and Michael got married in front of this insanely gorgeous tree at Reid’s Orchard. It was the same tree that they carved their initials into during their engagement session. (Just in case you hadn’t noticed the tree during the engagement photos, you should go back and look for a couple of other familiar initials. JH was carved in the tree by someone else before. I told Erin it was destiny. It was a clear sign Joey and I were to be their photographers.) Their ceremony was so beautiful and sweet, I started crying. Of course. I can’t help it. There were so many incredible photos that came out of this wedding, it was hard to choose which ones should go on the blog. Jacob, our fellow photographer at Stewartography, got some absolutely amazing shots that day. He deserves some sort of chocolate reward for all those shots!

Have you ever been faced with a really tough decision? Like what to wear somewhere, what to order at a restaurant, what color to paint your house? Okay, maybe some of those wouldn’t be considered a really tough decision. However, picking which photos from this engagement session to blog was one of the most difficult decisions ever. Why, you ask? Just look and you’ll know why. This is Erin and Michael. They are a simply gorgeous couple. Every photo ended up having so much magic. We’re talking Disney world magic here. The amazing part, you can’t fake that kind of magic. It was just there. I was just lucky enough to get to photograph it.
I have decided to make two different blogs of their photos. This is just the first batch. I will blog the others in a few days.
Their wedding is in less than two weeks. I’m certain I will have an even harder time choosing which of those to blog. That’s quite alright for me. Reminds me why I love what I do.
